Abstract
With the acceleration of urbanization process and the growth of motor vehicles in China, transportation, environment and energy issues have become important issues of urban development, and developing rail transportation is one of the main ways to solve the urban problems. This paper analyses China´s basic urban rail transit situation, the supply and demand of urban rail transit and the choice of transportation mode, to provide reference for relevant theoretical research and practical work.
