Analysis of the key influencing factors of the food industrial enterprises´ integrity & credit in China based on DEMATEL method

The influencing factors indexes system of food industrial enterprises´ integrity & credit is constructed from enterprise, government, market, society and consumer. It is difficult to decide accurately which factor has the greatest influence and influenced degree on the integrity & credit because there are the complicated, interactive and restrictive influencing relations between each pair of the influencing factors in the practical process of its building and management. In order to solve it, we consider the direct influence and restriction relations among the influencing factors, and calculate the integrative influence and influenced degrees of each factor by DEMATEL (Decision-Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory) approach. It is concluded that the key influencing factors are enterprise´s development strategy, the quality of the ordinary employees, market information asymmetry, food production technology and the production process, the quality of manager, quality safety admittance system, the construction of social honesty and faith. Some advice is proposed to improve food industrial enterprises´ integrity & credit.
