Abstract :
The temperature control system based on FPGA and Fuzzy-PID technology was used for the temperature control of the regeneration roaster of cold rolling Plant of Panzhihua Iron and Steel, compared with the single Fuzzy or PID control mode. The results show that Fuzzy control was used to adjust for a rapid response in a large error and PID control was used for adjustment of the details in a small error and realized the adaptive tuning of the PID parameters and had a good dynamic and static control performance. It worked well with the minimum average temperature difference, and could inhibit the gas flow, air volume and the amount of waste acid, waste gas pressure and other factors on the stability of furnace temperature.
