Abstract :
In this paper, various cases of the radial harmonic Fourier moments(RHFMs) are investigated, and the RHFMs based on the exponent function are proposed. We proved that RHFMs based on trigonometric functions is equivalent to those based on exponent functions on mathematics, and the RHFMs based on exponent functions have simpler forms. An image-reconstruction experiment was performed with the RHFMs based on exponent functions.
