Construction and Study on the Coordinated Development with Large Scale System for Civil Aviation Industry

In accordance with the characteristics of aviation industry system, this paper put forward the study methods of coordinated development of civil aviation industry by large scale system cybernetics from macro, medium and micro layer, in order to reveal the key factors and internal relationship amony civil aviation transport industry, civil aviation manufacture industry and civil aviation service industry. It is of great important theoretical value and practical significance to promote the modernization and scientification of management of civil aviation industry as well as the design, research, decision, control and management of the scientific operation system of civil aviation industry.
