Abstract :
The common standard components of chemical equipment are mainly used for connecting, fastening and supporting the chemical equipment. Because of its wide varieties and complicated shapes, the three-dimensional parametric programming is relatively difficult. The system takes AutoCAD system as development platform, adopts VBA, Vlisp programming language and dialog box development technology and conducts a detailed study on the geometric figures of various common standard components, standard data sheets and others. The "three-dimensional parametric modeling system of common standard components of chemical equipment" is thus developed and it can provide correct three dimensional physical models of standard components in a convenient, accurate and fast manner. In this way, its three dimensional design is digitalized and automated. In addition, it lays a solid foundation for future three-dimensional digital simulation and virtual design of chemical enterprises.
