Abstract
This model can help the enterprises to carry out multi-dimensional analysis on the capability of their senior staffs, which is based on B/S pattern information system with the core of the task. It takes the subordinate relationship between all sections and their staffs, the leaderships among the leaders and their team members as the bond, and based on the tree-based decomposition, the evaluation and the multi-level feedback process, and takes the multi-dimensional overall evaluation of the task and the innovation performance as the means, so as to realize the accumulated capability analysis model for the senior staffs. This model, including the model for individual task assessment, the model for task-centered multi-dimensional analysis of a certain staff and the model for innovative capability analysis, has solved the problem of the links between the daily task assessment and the comprehensive capability analysis of the staffs. In addition, it provides for the government institutions with a reference to recognize and analyze on the capabilities of their staffs.
