Grey Relational Analysis of Liaoning Central and Southern Cities´ Urban Competitiveness Factors

To research Urban Competitiveness of Liaoning Central and Southern cities has great theoretical and practical significance. By constructing competitiveness evaluation system and using the gray comprehensive evaluation to compare urban competitiveness of Liaoning Central and Southern Cities, it can be found that in seven key factors, the order of affecting results from strong to weak is: City services, government strength, level of development, scientific and educational strength, economic strength, industrial structure, financial strength. Meanwhile, according to seven key factors, measures and suggestions to enhance the Urban Competitiveness of Liaoning Central and Southern Cites are proposed.
