Abstract
Surgery for congenital aural atresia is technically challenging because of the complicated and variant anatomic structures involved. EarCanalDriller was developed and validated for the preoperative evaluation and surgical design of atresia surgeries. It could serve as a vital supplement to the Jahrsdoerfer grading system in determining surgical feasibility.
