Abstract :
In this paper, technology innovation, knowledge innovation and talent development were treated as a mutually embedded parallel process. Technological innovation as the carrier, it analyzed knowledge innovation, talent development and the coupling evolution mechanism in the different stages of technology innovation. Using composite DEA method, it made a comparative evaluation about coupling evolutionary status for Food Enterprises, Computer Network and Communication Enterprises, Electrical and Electronic Enterprises and Pharmaceutical and biotech Enterprises. Provide the basis for the relevant policies.
