Abstract :
The IEEE Communications Society, the IEEE Signal Processing Society, and the IEEE Vehicular Technology Society are pleased to announce the launch of a new journal: IEEE WIRELESS COMMUNICATIONS LETTERS (WCL), in 2012. WCL will publish timely, novel and high-quality recent results on Wireless Communications in letter format, i.e., 4 pages maximum.
