Abstract :
This paper deals with the decentralized fuzzy guaranteed cost tracking control design problem with poles assignment for the bank-to-turn (BTT) missile. Initially, the Takagi-Sugeno (T-S) fuzzy model is employed to represent the nonlinear dynamics of the BTT missile. Then, based on the decentralized T-S fuzzy model, a decentralized fuzzy controller is developed to not only stabilize the closed-loop augmented system, but also to achieve an upper bound of the cost function, while the poles assignment is also considered. The established criterion exhibits a kind of decoupling between the Lyapunov positive-definite matrices and the BTT missile system matrices containing the controller variables in the design process. Furthermore, a convex optimization problem is formulated for designing an admissible controller, which minimizes the upper bound of the cost function with the simultaneous consideration of poles assignment for the resulting augmented interconnected system. Finally, the simulation results on the BTT missile demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed controller design method.
