Abstract :
In the above-named article [ibid., vol. 60, no. 9, pp. 2791-2798, Sep. 2012], a balanced-to-balanced power divider/combiner structure is proposed. The proposed structure employs four lumped resistors for the isolation and matching purposes. This communication shows that this circuit can be modified into a simplified structure involving only two resistors with similar performance.
