Abstract :
For gas system safety management work is complex, universal, irregular and systematic, establishing the system which can simulate real emergency scenes, realizing the scene setting and the emergency response dynamic interaction of emergency pre-arranged planning system is the very urgent practical need. This project through the study based on author´s algorithm to put forward the emergency management cybernetics model as the foundation, draw lessons from the military field “war game deduction” and “war simulation” thinking, and computer network and distributed simulation software for the tool. So as to realize the emergency command system and the emergency plan.
