Abstract
To evaluate the development of 9 provinces (or cities) of China, we analyze the relative advantage of different provinces ities) from four aspects: economy, society, sustainable development and politics and culture. Considering the difference of resource of rent provinces (or cities), we provide a new evaluation model. Specifically, first, the provinces (or cities) are divided into three regions, are eastern, middle and western regions. Then, we get the ideal development of different regions, and compare the attributes values of ons (or cities) with the ideal values to get the similarity degree. At last, we average all the approach degrees as the final evaluation value analyze the result. This research provides a reference to the question of having different resource.
