It´s a Numbers Game

Those who are good with digits may want to apply their skills to crafting a problem for the Gamesman. Those submitting problems with diagrams and/ or images must submit the images in separate figure files (jpg, tiff, gif, or eps files are acceptable). Each question should not have more than one correct solution. Submissions should be sent to potentials@ieee. org. It all adds up. IEEE Potentials: 48 pages, 6 issues per year, 5 problems per issue, and 1 Gamesman.
