Abstract :
IF you work in an area that involves only a series of repeated tasks, even if these tasks are somewhat complex, or there is a large volume of the tasks, you may not need project management, because these are not projects. Most organizations have projects, either as part of the core business, or as additional endeavors which help the organization to change or grow. These could be projects which develop new products, projects which introduce new hardware, software, support systems or processes, or projects to provide customer service. If you have projects such as these, then you need project management.
