Abstract :
Education informatization promotes the co-construction and sharing of educational information resources. While, the co-construction and sharing of high quality educational resources still have many problems, including resource quantity shortage, resources unbalanced construction, and the unsustainable development of resources. Traditional mechanisms for co-construction and sharing didn´t describe the effect of all aspects involved in detail and didn´t take the difference between regions into consideration. In addition, it didn´t provide services for resource co-construction and sharing. So it cannot solve the issues above. The emergence and development of cloud computing are also put forward the opportunities and challenges for resource co-construction and sharing. This paper puts forward cloud services pattern of educational information resources co-construction and sharing - 4+X pattern, introduces the role of each part in resources coconstruction and sharing. In order to reduce the differences between regions, this paper introduces two different cloud computing centers. The center´s function is different in different regions. And in this paper, puts forward the educational information resources co-construction and sharing model based on cloud computing, providing personal developing environment for co-construction and sharing. ?
