  • Abstract
    This paper presents three examples of adjustable planar filters with wire-bonding technology. These filters are derived from conventional parallel-coupled line filter topologies by introducing tuning cells with bond-wires. The first example is a band-pass filter at Ku band. The second example is a stop-band filter at C band with a wide pass-band, until K band. The third example is a switched pass-band filter bank, semi-buried into multi-layer substrates, covering from C to X band.
