Abstract :
Health coaching is a process which facilitates sustainable health behavior change and transformation of health goals into action. Mobile technologies may support efficient health coaching delivery. A survey was conducted for 50 companies in Finland in the field of rehabilitation, nutritional coaching, personal training, and physical coaching. We characterize the current market size and maturity to adapt technology support in Finland.
