Abstract :
PLC is introduced into the ECM control system, which increases the ability, stability and automation of the device. But with the increasing number of peripheral equipments, it is harder to maintain the system. In the paper, ECM control system is proposed. The system includes three parts: upper system based on PC, PLC control system and servo control system. The three parts communicate with each other based on Modbus. The production process control is efficiently achieved. The actual running shows a good technical performance.
