Abstract :
This paper studied the associated Shannon entropy between a female genotypes and its descendant genotypes on the populations with homologous genotypes mating and homologous phenotypes mating. Their the associated Shannon entropy with homologous genotypes mating and homologous phenotypes mating would reduce and tend to stable state little by little with alternation of generations, but the associated Shannon entropy with homologous genotypes would be sharply faster. At the last stable state, the associated Shannon entropy of two mating systems would arrive the lowest associated Shannon entropy and all homozygote.
