Abstract
In this paper, we consider a computational method of Stackelberg solutions for noncooperative two-level nonlinear programming problems (TLNLPPs) which contain two decision makers with different priorities. For the purpose of deriving (approximate) Stackelberg solutions to TLNLPPs efficiently, we propose a solution method based on particle swarm optimization and clustering using strategic oscillation.
