Abstract :
Aiming at the problem that servo feed system fault of CNC is difficult to detect and forecast, data analysis method was adopted to predict the servo feed system fault of CNC. A typical data analysis method Wavelet analysis was used to decompose vibration signal of the servo feed system fault, which was obtained when a CNC was running to determine the characteristics that can show the characteristics of system failure. According to change trend of characteristics, signal development trend of system fault was analysed to predict the servo feed system fault of CNC. The experimental results showed that the method can effectively forecast the servo feed system fault of CNC and meet forecast requirements.
