Abstract :
The energy of vibration signal and noise is very strong during armored vehicle machine system is running. Energy of signal that reflects on early fault is very weak. How to detect early fault effectively from vibration signal and noise is very important. So small wavelet correlation filtering denoise is researched to achieve the goal. Threshold detect is applied to discover vibration signal edge. Noise is removed to increase signal-to-noise ratio. Simulation analysis indicates: compared to tradition method this method is more effective on represent machine running state. New way is provided by this method to abnormal and early fault signal detect.
