Abstract :
Knowledge management as an intermediary force to study the relationship of social capital, knowledge management and performance in logistics companies. Construct theoretical model and select 157 samples for an empirical study. Structural equation analysis showed that cognitive and relational social capital have no significant positive impact on knowledge creation, and knowledge sharing has no significant positive impact on firm performance, then others have significant positive impact. Overall, knowledge management plays an intermediary role between social capital and performance.
