  • Abstract
    We demonstrate an all-fiber optical parametric amplifier for life-science (OPALS) application. Optical amplification of megahertz serial time-encoded amplified microscopy (STEAM) images with a resolution of less than 2 μm is achieved with a 20-dB gain.
