Abstract
This paper presents a number of aspects regarding TEMPEST-type evaluations made by STS. An Electromagnetic compatibility (EMC)/Electromagnetic interferences (EMI) test ensures information security by assessing the efficiency of the TRANSEC measures implemented for an Informatics and Communications System (ICS). Several aspects regarding TEMPEST zoning, evaluation of different electronic equipment and data recovery, as well as a number of important conclusions regarding data reconstruction are highlighted.
