            Abstract : 
Introduced a constant pressure water supply system, which by using Siemens PLC S7-200 to control the frequency converter switchover between power frequency working mode and variable frequency working mode, then drive the Three-phase ac asynchronous motor. Through the Wincc Flexible HMI software to configurate the upper machine equipment Smart700 touch screen and PLC, realized real-time monitoring. It solves a series of problems of the traditional design methods like poor real-time performance, stability and reliability. The experimental simulation results shows that this design method has good performance, it can be used more widely.
