            Abstract : 
This paper introduces the harmonic sources and transmission modes of the wind farms with doubly-fed introduction generators; Based on the PSCAD/EMTDC simulation software, total harmonic distortion of voltage(THDU) and individual harmonic ratio of current(HRI) of a single wind turbine operated in different transmission modes can be got respectively. Then THDU and HRI of the wind farm are calculated by the method called summation of multi-harmonic sources; At last the paper gives the methods to suppress harmonics and verifies the prominence of the filter in suppressing harmonics by simulation.
