Abstract :
We present a proof-of-principle of broadband, non-collinear quasi-phase-matching in a hybrid OPCPA system. It employs a combination of quasi-phase-matching and group-velocity-matching in a MgO:PPLN delivering 3.4-μm, 17.2-μJ, 43.1-fs pulses at 50 kHz repetition-rate.
