Abstract :
AZO thin films were deposited by RF sputtering. ZnO nanorods were grown up on AZO films by using a self-catalyst assisted chemical bath deposition method. The structural, electrical and optical properties were analyzed by the XRD, SEM, PL and spectrophotometer. ZnO nanorods showed a good crystallinity and vertical orientation.
