Abstract :
Knowledge-based information technology (IT) together with human rationality and its thoughts has been more attended during recent years in order for operating from thought and leaving the machines with repetitive and uncreative affairs as well as increasing the performance and releasing from human skills. This study aims to investigate the role of information technology for providing the electricity subscribers with optimal services as well as their satisfaction as an applied study for recognizing these services and also making the citizens familiar with such services. In this case, there has been used of Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) that is a methodology based on paired comparisons of options and measures in a hierarchical structure among other methods and after determining the methodology by experts, there has been taken action to determine the factors influencing on providing the customers with optimal services. After prioritizing these factors, there was prepared a questionnaire for evaluating the providing the views of experts in electric company of District 5 of Tehran and after surveying by AHP, the best choice of payment was obtained based on results.
