Abstract
Understanding the value of messages in high volume data streams in the context of detailed information requirements is a critically important activity for organizations executing command and control. We present a method for identifying the relevance of messages, both individually and in groups, to define information requirements based on an automated, semantic analysis of content, the production of metatags and subsequent routing of content to decision makers.
