  • Abstract
    Difference-frequency generation between signal and idler of Yb-fiber laser synchronously-pumped femtosecond / picosecond optical parametric oscillators (OPO)s at 53/80 MHz provides maximum single pulse energies exceeding 1 nJ and continuous tuning from 5 μm to 12 μm.
