Abstract :
This paper present a decision support system based on new Multi-Criteria Decision Making-Method. This MCDM is applied to models the selection of a Renewable Energy Plant Project (REPP) as a Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) problem. The presented approach is based on the combination of the Multi-criteria K-Means algorithm, the preference function and the satisfactory theory. Before the use of this method, exhaustive information about the Renewable Energy sources must be determined, To illustrate how the approach is useful for the REP selection, an experimental study of a real case is conducted. The case study demonstrates the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed evaluation procedure.
