Abstract
System of education in Russia is presently reforming. Accelerately developing educational technologies oriented to forming the habit of self-education and self-evolution of pupils require the up-to-date monitoring forms and methods which can be able to indicate the pupils´ problem zones. Information system created and described by authors allows to process considerable data arrays of test answers on-the-fly (automatize the process of mass test) as well as to generate the list of student´s skills (habits, knowledge) required to form the proper competence. In the article there are described the basic elements of this system and it´s advantages, based on application the new methods of educational measuring. Applying the original measuring methods in conjunction with up-to-date automation tools allows to provide student with the actual information about his universal educational skills level and due to it allows to improve his education efficiency.
