Abstract :
In this paper, flash type A/D converter is combined with integrator type A/D converter and this result a significant increase in conversion speed of integrator type A/D converter. Eight additional comparators are used with integrator type A/D converter to make flash architecture and this makes the integrator type converter 8 times speedy than before. The circuit is simulated in PSIM simulator and the result is verified.
