Abstract :
In terms of run a railroad system, many techniques are required. I will introduce technician training program in the power sector in the East Japan Railway Company. We are positioned as one of the most important management issues human resource development. In recent years, time employees a large amount of leave has come, inheritance of technology and training of technical personnel are urgently needed. Therefore, education to maintain the technical capabilities of employees, further improve its technical capabilities are required. Current educational program is made from what is according to the level, such as mid-level employees and younger employees, aimed at a higher level. In this paper, I will introduce the three main development programs. I describe the contents and characteristics of the program.
