            Abstract : 
The development strategy of real-time simulation platform for UHV DC and AC grid is proposed in this paper. The key technologies and application area of this platform are reviewed. Relying on real-time digital simulation system and DC control and protection device, real-time simulation platform for UHV DC and AC grid is developed. Through dynamic equivalence, digital and physical hybrid simulation, The real-time simulation for UHV DC and AC grid is realized and the interaction mechanism between UHV DC and AC system is demonstrated through accurate simulation.
