The analysis of power deploy in holidays

In this paper, based on the reality that holiday load is in a “trough” segment relative to the annual load curve, we intend to set up a preferential price during the holidays, through economic levers to encourage some industrial enterprises to go into operation in order to achieve the effect of valley filling. We can calculate the preferential price when achieving the target the electricity enterprises expect to fill the valley through the model.
