Abstract :
In order to promote the spread of demand response in China, give full play to the role of demand response in alleviating the energy shortage, controlling environmental pollution and other functions. Demand response operation mechanism in abroad was analyzed, foreign demand response programs were summarized with the electricity price, incentive policies as the influencing factors. Then, based on the management approach of domestic power grid enterprise in scheduling, and orderly use of electricity and other departments, demand response projects suitable for domestic implementation in current was summatized, by investigating and analyzing domestic power grid enterprise´s measures on chipping peak off and filling valley up, alleviating the peak load of power grid and so on. According to the different demand response programs, the project participants and its functional role were analyzed, the project implementation process was designed, and the key link in project implementation process was analyzed. The paper plays important role in guiding the design of power demand response system. In addition, the paper will provide reference to domestic power demand side management related policies.
