  • Abstract
With the development of shanghai power grid, the supply mode of hand-in-hand in 110 kV has been gradually spread. Based on the regional protection and control system with the ideas of “wide-area real-time sampling”, “real-time data exchange”, “real-time identification” and “real time control”, this article introduces the experiences of rapid healing Systems which has been applied the several 110kV hand-in-hand substations in Shanghai. Details about the principles of protection configuration, principle of rapid healing, architecture of self-healing system, control logic of self-healing system and requirements for communications and protections are discussed in paper.
