Abstract
The electromagnetic environment problems caused by construction of power grid and operation have drawn more and more attention in recent years. Public concerns over the possible health effects from electromagnetic fields (EMF) have led many controversies about obstructing electricity-related projects. This paper, we focuses on health risks about EMF, analyses the reasons of risk perception, gives the result of authority organization, then compare WHO´s advise with the reality of on country, and gives some methods. It is thought that some references will be provided for policy maker and environment evaluation experts, in order to ease the public´s fears.
