Abstract :
As implementation of time-of-use (TOU) price would result in peak cutting and valley filling, economical efficiency of unit commitment could be improved. Based on consumer psychology model, varying pattern of responding deviation under TOU was analyzed in this paper. According to credibility theory, the curve of fitting load was described by fuzzy parameter. Thus a model of unit commitment was established, of which the credibility chance constraints could be turned into equivalent forms for solution. Case study on IEEE 118-bus test system had verified the positive effects of TOU, and comprehensiveness of unit commitment decision could be improved when considering uncertainty.
