  • Abstract
This article is proposing a new interactive control strategy of smart charging and discharging of electric vehicle based on existing interactive control strategy, which is firstly to meet the basic needs for charging, then control the real-time load curve and SOC of electric vehicle, and thus to utilize the process of charging and discharging to shift grid load to reduce the load fluctuation. The control strategy is in the form of centralized dispatching control. The distribution dispatching department make schedules for each charging station to reduce grid peak-valley load difference, each charging station optimize timing of charging and discharging according to dispatching instruction and customer´s actual charging requirements.
