Abstract :
The research of black-start is the power system restoration problem after all or a large area blackout of power grid. To choose the black-start power supply is the first issue in the power system restoration. Reasonable black-start power supply contributes to the fast recovery of power system. With the development of distributed generation and microgrid, in the area of deficient hydropower resource, wind power can be selected as black-start power supply to adjust measures to local conditions. Based Woniushi Wind Farm in Liaoning Province, this paper puts forward the wind-storage system master-slave control strategy based on black-start, focuses on double loop control structure of the energy storage device inverter, which the outer loop is constant voltage/constant frequency control and the inner loop is dq0 coordinate system control. Energy storage device provides the reference voltage and frequency for the wind-storage system. According to the actual energy storage system, use PACAD/EMTDC package to simulate the inverter.
