  • Abstract
    Operation and Maintenance(O&M) of equipments serves as one of the most important part for power system operation and management, it is widely concerned while the system is under fast development. This paper provides a concept and technical framework of the Intelligent Operation and Maintenance Center(IOMC) and discusses its functional framework. Detailed business scenarios are analyzed. First, the paper gives the concept of IOMC, including the framework, functionality, etc. Second, detailed business needs and necessity of information integration are discussed. Finally, a testing result based on electric diagram information integration shows the feasibility of the IOMC and its capability of displaying the O&M of the equipments in a multi-dimensional manner. A IEC61968 based information integration technology is proposed.
