  • Abstract
    This paper studied the number of one-hop MPR nodes in networks with different topologies (“grid”, “tape” and “random”) and different number of nodes by means of analytical methods and modeling in the software package Network-Simulator 2. In all the above cases, the actual number of MPR nodes obtained by simulation is always less than the upper number of MPR nodes is determined by the theorem of the upper limit of MPR nodes. Experimentally confirmed the results obtained in (3), for angles θ > 2π / 3. According to the research simplified formulation of the theorem of the upper limit of the number of MPR nodes.
