            Abstract : 
Structural and functional features of P2PTV-network are considered. A difference equation system considering the process of downloadable video content chunkization and relay-oriented nature of scheduler controls is proposed as a mathematical model of the network. Recommendations for selection particular parameters of the mathematical model and limitations for controls realization are given.
